About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Leasing Consultant to support our property management team across Victoria. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time work or for professionals wanting to re-enter the residential property or leasing space.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth property inspections and maintaining high service standards for tenants, owners, and agents.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Conduct open homes and property inspections
n
- Complete ingoing and outgoing condition reports with accuracy
n
- Carry out routine inspections in line with compliance requirements
n
- Coordinate key collection and handovers between agents, tenants, and property owners
n
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
n




- Ensure all activities comply with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

- Proven experience in residential leasing or property management
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
- Familiarity with property management systems such as:
n
- PropertyMe
n
- Inspection Express
n
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
