Working closely with the State Manager, you'll identify prospective clients, build relationships and develop a strong pipeline of commercial relocation opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Engage businesses, government departments, education and healthcare organisations, property managers and facilities teams
- Research upcoming projects and connect with decision-makers
- Book qualified meetings and follow up proposals and quotations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across storage, logistics, installations and project management
- Monitor tender portals and support tender submissions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports
About you
- Experience in business development, sales or account management
- Confident making outbound calls and engaging senior decision-makers
- Solid communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, resilient and results-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence
