Camden's Promise Charter School seeks a teacher for our STEAM program. The ideal candidate will be familiar with STEM/STEAM education and interested in learning more about implementing project-based learning for our Middle and Upper School curriculum.

This position requires an educational background in a STEM-related field and a passion for working with children and STEM (SHOP FOCUS) ! This is an excellent prospect for professional growth.

Responsibilities and Primary Duties

- Teach STEAM/STEM courses and electives.
n
- Organizing and managing the STEAM lab.
n
- Maintaining lab equipment and keep the lab organized and clean.
n
- Shop Focus
n
n
Other Qualifications (preferred)
n
n
- Robotics Experience.
n
- Coding Experience.
n
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field.
n
- Knowledge of lab safety and best practices for hazardous materials.
n
- Comfortable around students in middle and high school.
n
