My large law firm client has created an exciting role that will be critical to its AI growth strategy. This is an exemplary opportunity to take ownership of AI across the firm with your duties including:

AI Adoption and Strategy

- Drive the adoption of AI tools, including Harvey, ChatGPT, Zoom AI Companion and emerging platforms, across the firm’s legal practice areas and support services.
- Develop tailored adoption strategies that reflect the needs, workflows and maturity of each practice area and department.
- Partner with lawyers and support staff to identify workflow opportunities where AI can materially improve legal work product, efficiency and client service.

Capability Building and Change Management

- Guide fee earners and support staff in effective prompt engineering techniques and the practical deployment of AI agents to enhance legal work.
- Support staff in using cooperative AI features, including vaults, shared project spaces and other tools that enable teams to work together more effectively with AI.
- Design and deliver training programs and change management initiatives that embed new AI-enabled ways of working across the firm.





Internal Expertise and User Support

- Act as the firm’s internal point of expertise on AI tools by providing practical day-to-day advice, user guidance and troubleshooting support.

Innovation, Governance and Risk Alignment

- Monitor developments in legal AI, evaluate new tools and features, and identify opportunities to strengthen the firm’s AI capabilities over time.
- Work closely with the firm’s Technology, Human Resources, Knowledge and Risk functions to ensure AI use remains consistent with firm policies, professional obligations and quality standards.

We are seeking a legally qualified professional who:

- Understands legal workflows
- Can engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels across the firm
- Has experience with Harvey implementation software and other AI tools
- Has the credibility and trust-building skills to help accelerate adoption
