Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:

- Providing L1 and L2 support across a variety of client environments.
- Managing and resolving service desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Desktop, networking, hardware, and software issues.
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, remote support, and on-site visits.
- Supporting device deployments, installations, and system upgrades.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ticket updates.
- Collaborating with a team of technical specialists to deliver high-quality support outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Previous experience in a service desk, or MSP (preferred)



environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies and end-user environments.
- Experience supporting M365, and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A suitable home office environment for remote work.
