Role Description

This is a live-in internship role for a vegan Yoga Retreat Teacher/Manager with the potential to grow into a Life Business Partner/Director/Trustee. The selected candidate will oversee and participate in starting the retreats, running daily operations at the retreat, which includes teaching yoga classes, managing retreat schedules, coordinating activities, and maintaining a welcoming environment. They will also assist in creating vegan meals, attending to guest needs, cleaning and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the retreat.

It is important that they have digital marketing skills as they will be involved in starting the retreats and gettting customers here. Candidates with direct experience in attaining customers for yoga retreats will be prioritised.

There are also extensive grounds here and applicant must be fit and strong to work on the grounds and have gardening skills. There are 100 hectares of forest, orchard, vegetable gardens,



etc and this is a big part of the job managing the grounds and volunteers working there.

This is an in office live in role based in Nymboida, New South Wales, Australia.

Preferable if currently in Australia with working visa or citizenship.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Yoga Instruction, advantage if expertise in Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices
- Strong digital marketing skills for yoga retreats and experience
- Strong skills and experience in Teaching and the ability to cater to diverse groups
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Passion for vegan living, yoga, and mindfulness practices
- Gardening, outdoor, bush skills - fit and strong
- Ability to adapt to a remote and peaceful environment
- Experience in management or leadership roles is a plus and cleaning skills
- Willingness to take on responsibilities as a potential long-term partner or director in the venture

OFFERED

Will pick up at Grafton railway station or Coffs Harbour airport. Travel costs at your expense.

Meals and accommodation ONLY for your first month. At the end of the month an assessment will be made by both parties as to a commission based contract to work at the retreat on the basis you have brought in customers. And after 6 months ability to look into business partnership.

You must have the ability to attain an AUSTRALIAN WORK OR WORKING HOLIDAY VISA before applying. You must have the ability to pay for your own AIRFARE to AUSTRALIA.

Indian citizens must already have attained a work visa for Australia before applying.
