Impact Personnel are currently partnering with multiple construction and infrastructure projects across the Perth CBD and are seeking experienced Tower Crane Operators to join our growing team.
You will ideally have experience operating Hammerhead Potain and Luffing Tower Cranes, with previous experience on high-rise construction projects highly regarded. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work across established projects with long hours available.
10-12 hour days available, with competitive base rates plus penalties, including time and a half after 7.6 hours and double time after 10 hours, along with travel and meal allowances.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Valid CT High Risk Work Licence
- Intermediate Rigging
- White Card
- Working at Heights
- Tilt-Up Panel Awareness Ticket
- Tilt-Up Supervisor Ticket highly advantageous
- Previous Tower Crane operating experience
- Hammerhead Potain and/or Luffing Crane experience highly regarded
- High-rise construction experience highly regarded
- Ability to work 50–55 hours per week
- Solid commitment to safety
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Full Working Rights in Australia
Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate Tower Cranes across high-rise construction and infrastructure projects
- Operate Hammerhead Potain and/or Luffing Tower Cranes
- Safely lift, move and position materials in accordance with lift plans and site requirements
- Work closely with doggers, riggers and site personnel to ensure safe lifting operations
- Complete daily pre-start inspections and report any faults or defects
- Follow all site safety procedures, SWMS and lifting protocols
- Maintain clear communication with ground crews and supervisors
- Assist with general site requirements when required
