About the Role

We are seeking a pro-active and enthusiastic person to provide Allocating and administrative assistance at our Manufacturing and Logistics facility based at Cavan. This position requires a bright and energetic person who displays a “can-do” attitude, takes pride in their work and who can work on a number of different tasks at any one time.

This is a full-time permanent role, working from 7am-3.06pm Monday to Friday.

This role will involve

- Allocating customers delivery orders
- Reporting knowledge and analytical skills using excel
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
- Filing of all logistics compliance documents
- Finalising end of month deliveries
- Office management including mail, courier deliveries, purchasing of office equipment etc.
- Completing various administration duties and providing assistance to all departments as required
- Assisting the management team in day-to-day activities

To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 2 years experience' working in an Logistics allocating environment and experience within a large, complex organisation
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- An ability to relate to people at all levels




- The ability to prioritise your day and work under pressure
- A keen eye for detail and be self-organised
- Qualifications in Business Administration or similar
