We’re looking for a Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team with 2 different roles at:
- Our boutique, 50-place, family-owned early learning service at Rosehill Early Learning in Lake Coogee.
- Our pop up, 80 place, out of school hours care service (OSHC) Connect After School at Jilbup Primary School in Hammond Park
Rosehill Early Learning - Qualified Educator Rosehill was built to feel like an extension of home for children, families and educators alike. Every decision we make is centred around relationships, quality and creating a calm, welcoming setting where everyone belongs.
You’ll be part of an experienced and supportive team who genuinely value collaboration. We’ll support and guide you while giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships with children and families, contribute to our program and continue developing your skills as an educator.
About you:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience working in a long day care setting
- Warm, nurturing and genuinely passionate about working with children
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS
- Committed to providing high-quality, child-centred learning experiences
- A positive team player who values relationships and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Current and valid WWCC, Police History Check, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Food Handling or willing to obtain
Connect After School - Qualified OSHC Educator
About you:
- Relevant OSHC qualification
- Experience working in an OSHC environment
- Ability and willingness to act as the Responsible Person and work split shifts
- Strong understanding of child safety, supervision and wellbeing
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, MTOP, and NQS.
- Ability to lead and support a team during OSHC operations
- Passionate about creating engaging, inclusive experiences for school-aged children
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Current and valid WWCC, Police History Check, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Food Handling or willing to obtain.
- Requires a car as no close public transport close by
