With a strong focus on safety, quality and operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team on an 8:6 Roster for Tier1 Client across the Pilbara Region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading inventory, delivery coordination and logistics activities that directly support operational projects across Western Australia.

Reporting to our Senior Construction Manager, the Logistics Supervisor will oversee day-to-day logistics and inventory functions, ensuring materials, equipment and consumables are available when and where they are needed.

You will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating transport and deliveries, supporting procurement activities and driving continuous improvement across logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations

- Manage inventory and stock control processes

- Conduct and oversee regular stocktakes and inventory reconciliations

- Coordinate deliveries and transportation to ensure project requirements are met

- Monitor stock levels and forecast upcoming demand requirements

- Liaise with suppliers, freight providers and internal stakeholders

- Maintain accurate inventory, delivery and purchasing records

- Track orders and ensure goods are delivered on time and in full





- Identify and implement improvements to logistics and inventory systems

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and quality standards

- Assist with procurement and purchasing activities as required

- Support operational teams to achieve project objectives and client expectations

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or inventory management

- Demonstrated experience supervising logistics or warehouse operations

- Robust stock control and inventory management experience

- Experience coordinating deliveries and transport schedules

- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

- Ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines

- Current Driver's Licence

- White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Desirable

- Experience within mining, construction, maintenance or industrial services environments

- SAP experience

- Procurement or purchasing experience

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline
