Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer operating from a modern, fully air-conditioned facility in Canning Vale. Due to continued business growth, they are currently seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operator / Machinist to join their production team.
This is an excellent chance for someone with CNC experience who is looking to secure stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and ongoing training opportunities. Trade qualifications are not essential, and candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
Working within a modern manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery and supporting general production activities. You will be joining a supportive team where training can be provided on equipment and workplace processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials as required
- Assist with production and manufacturing processes
- Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Work effectively within a team environment
Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
- A hardworking, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Current driver's licence (preferred)
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week
Highly Regarded but Not Essential
- Experience operating GMM saws, Thibaut CNC machines or Techni Waterjet equipment
- Forklift licence
- Experience using overhead cranes to load and unload trucks
