What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and monitoring quilting machines used in mattress and bedding production
- Setting up machines, adjusting settings, and ensuring smooth operation
- Checking product quality and maintaining high standards
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Following and promoting protected work practices at all times
- Assisting with basic maintenance and troubleshooting when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating quilting machinery (bedding or textile industry preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of machine safety and workplace procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- A positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
