Luckies Stay & Play in Albion, Queensland, is seeking a founding General Manager to take full operational ownership of a recent pet wellness retreat. You’ll lead guest care, wellness services, grooming and front-of-house, building the team and culture from day one.
As the chief operator, you’ll recruit, train, and onboard a 15+ person team, set standards for animal welfare, health and safety, manage rostering and budgets, and drive bookings with a focus on midweek.
