ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Mining Skills Australia (MSA) is seeking Operator/Trainers to join our team. If you are an experienced operator with some hands-on training experience looking for a flexible work arrangement, this opportunity is for you. Successful applicants must be based in Australia.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED / WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

n

n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
n
- Certificate II in Security Operations
n
- Australian Driver's Licence
n
- RII's/Machine Competencies
n
- Minimum 3 years Operating production Excavator/Dozers
n
- Minimum 3 years Operating production Graders /Dozers
n
- Some hands-on experience with operator step-up and/or refresher training
n
- Basic proficiency in using computers and/or Android tablets
n

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

n

- Development and improvement of production operators
n
- Uphold the values and professionalism of the company
n
- Proactive and effective communication with a high standard of professionalism
n
- Maintain positive self-presentation
n
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored training solutions
n
- Deliver training on componentry, preventative maintenance, safe operations,



and operational efficiency
n

- Casual, long-term positions with higher pay rate + Superannuation
