Are you an experienced Logistics or Operations Coordinator looking for your next step?

We at Halkin are partnering with a well established window furnishings and interiors business to find a Logistics Coordinator to support their day to day operations, scheduling and showroom.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys staying on top of detail across multiple moving parts, from ordering and scheduling through to installation and after sales service. You will play a key part in keeping things running smoothly day to day.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support the operational workflow from sale through to after sales service, including ordering, scheduling, and coordinating installations. This includes managing the curtain ordering process first hand, writing orders, and liaising on production questions.

You’ll help monitor scheduling and installation capacity, flagging risks or delays early so they can be managed before they affect the customer experience. When issues come up, you’ll help coordinate resolution and keep clients informed.

Working alongside the Installation Team Leader, field technicians, and manufacturers,



you’ll help coordinate installation schedules and support service and defect follow up.

You’ll also support day to day administration, including maintaining accurate operational records, job files, and client documentation.

You’ll report to the General Manager, keeping them informed on scheduling, capacity, and any issues that need attention.

What we’re looking for

Experience in logistics, scheduling, or operations coordination, ideally in window furnishings, interiors, construction related, retail, or installation based environments

Ability to manage multiple moving parts, including order processing, scheduling, and coordination with installers or trades

Strong organisation and time management

Positive communication skills across internal teams, suppliers, trades, and clients

Strong attention to detail in documentation and scheduling

A proactive, solutions focused approach
