The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join our brand recent Myer Chermside Location as Concession Manager.

n

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take ownership of the concession, leading the business with confidence, commercial focus, and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with autonomy, where you'll drive performance, lead your team, and deliver a polished, premium client experience. This role is ideal for a leader with strong apparel experience and a passion for styling, fit, and elevated service within a premium retail environment.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday -Saturday roster

What You'll Do

n

- Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
n
- Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment
n
- Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
n
- Execute elevated,



on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
n
- Partner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategies
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Experience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable)
n
- Understanding of concession stock processes and operational requirements (desirable)
n
- Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment
n
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
n
- Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience
n
- A natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury product
n
- Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
n
- A positive, energetic leadership style that inspires and motivates your team
