Your Impact and Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead and contribute hands-on to projects using Databricks, Apache Spark,and related big data tools to build scalable, high-performing pipelines andplatforms.
n
- Collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement data architecturesthat simplify complex business problems.
n
- Drive adoption of modern CI/CD, MLOps, and DevOps pipelines, ensuringautomation and quality at scale.
n
- Advise customers on strategic technical decisions, challenge assumptions,and guide teams in overcoming roadblocks.
n
- Mentor peers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing to maintain a reputation for technical excellence.
n
- Work across cloud platforms integrating Databricks with Hadoop, Flink,Presto, Redshift, and others.
n
n
Required Experience & Qualifications
n
n
- 5+ years of experience in consulting.
n
- Completed Data Engineering Professional certification.
n
- Minimum 6-8+ projects delivered with hands-on experience indevelopment on databricks.
n
- Current knowledge across the breadth of Databricks product and platform.
n
- Expertise with cloud data architectures.
n
n
Preferred Skills
n
n
- Experience with BigQuery, Synapse, Redshift, Hadoop, Flink, Presto.
n
- Knowledge of modern CI/CD, automation, MLOps, and DevOps bestpractices.
n
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to challenge and lead technicalstrategy.
n
- Passion for educating others and evangelizing technical best practices.
n
