Maven Partners are partnering with a large consulting firm to recruit a Manager for their CFO Advisory practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international firm in their high-performing advisory team. This role offers the chance to work on large clients and projects within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Partner with finance teams to create long-term value, trust, and confidence within their organizations.
n
- Combine commercial experience, with regulatory knowledge, to provide valuable advice to leading clients.
n
- Leverage financial accounting, reporting and best-practice to drive improvement outcomes across a wide range of finance function topics.
n
- Engage directly with clients.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Professional qualification (CPA, CA, or CTA)
n
- Minimum 6 years working in a large Advisory firm ideally Big 4 or mid-tier or a corporate (transfer from external audit are favourable)
n
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting regulations
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a agile environment
n
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to execute under pressure.
n
- An understanding of how a transaction works (i.e., business acquisitions and business disposals) and the operational impacts for the business/finance function.
