Clinical Excellence Lead (Positive Behaviour Support)

The Role: You will be responsible for resource development, clinical supervision, training and mentoring, monitoring and maintaining the Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS quality and safeguard commission recommendations and mandates.

Responsibilities:
n
n
- Review and maintain NDIS's compliance requirements and ensure up to date evidence-based practice nationally.
n
- Develop training pathways and competencies to support clinician skill development.
n
- Manage projects and portfolios within the organization and liaise with policy makers.
n
- Achieve individual key performance indicators, including but not limited to billable hours for Clinical Excellence Leads.
n

Requirements:
n
n
- Be deemed an Advanced, or Specialist Behaviour Support practitioner by the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Capability Framework.
n
- Degree in Psychology or Applied Behaviour Analysis or Allied Health (Social Work, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy), with professional registration/membership.
n
- Worked within professional organization, preferably in interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary allied health workplace.
n
- Experience with NDIS & HCP clinical caseloads.
n
