My well-known international client is seeking a skilled, UKG Implementation Consultant to join their highly successful and expanding Consulting Department as part of our exciting growth plans.
n
The successful applicant will provide implementation and support in UKG Pro & Ready implementations and solutions. We require a candidate who is enthusiastic and motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Identify and support the development of client process design and solutions.
n
- Lead in functional design and full life cycle of system implementation.
n
- Hands-on responsibility for configuration and integration(s)
n
- Build strong relationships to partner with the client to enable and improve their knowledge and system confidence.
n
- Support the testing of client solutions.
n
- Deliver training and support for client teams.
n
- Provide system support and solutions on configuration issues.
n
- Manage simultaneous system implementations and project work streams.
n
- Support the development of internal team knowledge and expertise.
n
- Be a trailblazer for new ways of working and latest software releases.
n
n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
n
n
- End user or configuration experience with UKG Pro and UKG Ready are essential.
n
- Experience and / or accreditation in UKG PRO / UKG READY are essential
n
- Ability to work with a team and on own initiative.
n
- Strong interpersonal, time management and organisational skills are essential.
n
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
n
- Delivery of high levels of customer (internal and external) experience
n
- Ability to deal with and prioritise conflicting tasks.
n
- Keenness to learn new skills and enhance existing knowledge.
n
- Experience of working in a quick-paced role or environment
