Our client is a well-established Microsoft Partner helping Australian businesses get the most out of their technology investments. They're looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to step into a senior delivery role across their Dynamics 365 practice, working across a diverse client portfolio with a robust purpose-driven edge.

The role

n

You'll own delivery outcomes across complex D365 implementations - from solution architecture and design through to UAT, data migration and go-live. Beyond delivery, you'll be a senior voice in the practice: mentoring consultants, supporting pre-sales, and helping shape how problems get solved for clients.

This is a hands-on role with genuine scope to grow.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Lead solution architecture and design for complex D365 engagements
n
- Configure and customise D365, Power Automate, portals and integrations
n
- Mentor and coach junior consultants across the team
n




- Support pre-sales with scoping, estimates and solution design
n
- Manage release cycles and client environments across sandbox and production
n
- Act as senior escalation point for delivery and support issues
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 consulting, with hands-on configuration experience
n
- Strong D365 CE knowledge across sales force automation, marketing automation and service management
n
- Experience across requirements gathering, gap-fit analysis and functional specs
n
- Microsoft certifications (D365 CE, Power Automate) - highly regarded
n
- Not-for-profit sector experience is a bonus
n
- Confident communicator who can hold their own in client workshops and pre-sales conversations
