Product Development Manager (Natural Health & Supplements) Build products that change lives — from seed to shelf. You'll sit at the centre of science, strategy and execution — shaping category-defining products, influencing global pipelines, and bringing evidence‐led innovations to market faster and smarter than the competition.

What you'll do

n

n
- Lead and deliver the product development pipeline across practitioner and consumer brands
n
- Drive on‐time, compliant NPD launches across Australia and selected international markets
n
- Formulate and develop products aligned with TGA,



FSANZ and GMP standards
n
- Identify breakthrough product and range opportunities through trends, evidence and competitor insightPartner with regulatory, quality, operations, marketing and global R&D; teams
n
- Build compelling technical and educational narratives for product launches
n
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‐performing technical team
n
- Represent the business at industry forums and with key opinion leaders
n

n

What you bring

n

n
- 7 – 12 years in product development / technical management within complementary or natural medicines
n
- Degree in Nutrition, Naturopathy or a related science
n
- Strong knowledge of TGA, FSANZ and PIC/S GMP requirements
n
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‐functional projects
n
- Commercial curiosity, scientific rigour and exceptional attention to detail
n
- A genuine passion for health, wellness and evidence‐based innovation
n
