Senior Project Engineer – Benalla, Victoria

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our client's team in Benalla, VIC. This role offers the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works.

n

The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of proven experience delivering FRP projects, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Oversee and manage the delivery of FRP works across assigned projects.
n
- Coordinate site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
n
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
n
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
n
- Prepare and review project documentation, including ITPs, progress reports, and schedules.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, providing effective solutions to keep works on track.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 6–7 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works.
n
- Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure projects to high standards.
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior engineers.
n
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
n
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
n
