Responsibilities

- Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services
n
- Record notes and file service records appropriately – be part of the service team and provide high level customer service to help customers solve their material handling needs
n
- Maintain up to date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics
n
- Keep up to date with industry trends, current products and services
n
- Partner with the Company and maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
