Responsibilities

- Liaise with clients and practitioners regularly.
n
- Prepare and amend documents, including wills, powers of attorney, probate applications and other court documents.
n
- Support estate administration, gathering asset information and dealing with stakeholders.
n
- Assist in estate litigation, preparing briefs for counsel and experts, information gathering, and preparing chronologies.
n
- Conduct searches and undertake basic legal research.
n
- Diary management: arrange client appointments and travel.
n
- Monthly and ad hoc billing.
n
- File management from opening to closure and archiving.
n
- Assist with business development and marketing activities.
n
- Other paralegal and administrative tasks as required.
n

Qualifications

- Prior paralegal or legal secretarial experience.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
n
- Attention to detail and a client‐centric approach.
