About the Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive to join our growing commercial property business at The Agency Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has 2+ years experience in commercial property and a current Real Estate Licence.

The role will involve the sale and leasing of commercial property across the Gold Coast, working with property owners, investors, developers and occupiers across a range of asset classes with the autonomy to develop your own client relationships while having the support and guidance of experienced management.





A key point of difference is the opportunity to gain direct exposure to retail and shopping centre leasing, providing experience beyond traditional commercial agency and the chance to develop specialist knowledge in this sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting and developing new sales and leasing opportunities
- Managing property campaigns from appointment through to completion
- Developing and maintaining relationships with owners, investors, developers and occupiers
- Building and managing your own pipeline of business
- Working across office, retail and industrial property
- Assisting with retail and shopping centre leasing assignments

You will also benefit from direct exposure to retail shopping centres guidance and mentoring from experienced professionals with a support of a National Brand. You will be remunerated with an attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
