Job Description

Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. in Melbourne seeks a Finance Manager to lead a small finance team and deliver management and financial reports for two large commercial sites. The role reports to the General Manager and is based on-site in Melbourne CBD.

You will manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, IFRS compliance, and coordinating with auditors while maintaining robust relationships with tenants and internal teams. Prior CRE experience and Yardi are highly regarded.
