What You'll Do

n

n
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and minor projects across our care community and gardens.
n
- Ensure our home meets all safety and compliance standards, including WHS regulations.
n
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests,



minimising disruption for our residents.
n
- Manage maintenance supplies and equipment within budget.
n
- Work as a key part of our team to create a safe and welcoming workplace.
n

n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Experience in a maintenance, handyman, or groundskeeping role (aged care experience a plus).
n
- A practical, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety.
n
- Good communication skills and a friendly, skilled manner.
n
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
n
- A trade qualification or 'Test and Tag' certification is highly regarded.
n
