Job Description
OFLI FAM PTY LTD The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing staff, determining appropriate product and stock levels, coordinating purchasing and supplier arrangements, monitoring sales and financial performance, maintaining customer service standards, implementing operational procedures and ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements. The position involves overall operational management of the establishment, with a solid focus on improving efficiency, controlling costs, maintaining product availability and achieving high standards of customer service.

Annual leave Free drinks Free food. Task & responsibilities Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Just Kebabz retail and takeaway business.

Supervise, train, roster and monitor staff to ensure efficient and productive operations. Manage stock levels, ordering, stock rotation and product availability. Liaise with suppliers and coordinate the purchasing of food, beverages, packaging and other supplies.

Monitor product costs, pricing, sales performance and operating expenses to support profitability. Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, purchasing and other business transactions. Monitor customer service standards and professionally handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.

Coordinate takeaway, telephone and online orders to ensure accurate and timely customer fulfilment. Determine appropriate product ranges and stock levels based on customer demand and business requirements.



Implement procedures to improve operational efficiency, reduce wastage and control costs.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and other relevant requirements. Monitor staff performance and provide training, guidance and feedback as required. Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and operational standards of the premises.

Analyse business operations and recommend improvements to sales, customer service, staffing and overall profitability. Qualification & experience Minimum 1–2 years experience in retail management, hospitality management, store supervision or a similar managerial position. Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day business operations.

Strong staff leadership, supervision and rostering skills. Experience with purchasing, stock control, ordering and inventory management. Understanding of sales monitoring, pricing, margins and cost control.

Strong customer service and communication skills. Good organisational and time-management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements. Experience in takeaway food, fast food, restaurant, café, fresh food or hospitality retail operations is desirable.
