We are seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing sales performance, forecasting sales trends, and managing data-driven insights to support decision-making. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies, while continuously monitoring and improving sales performance.

- Collect, analyse, and interpret commercial sales data from various sources
n
- Develop accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, market conditions, and customer behavior. Identify emerging trends to help shape future sales strategies.

- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key performance indicators
n
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
n
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and forecasting
n
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
n
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a business analyst role with a focus on sales performance reporting or sales analytics.
n
- Experience in the international education industry
n
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g.,



Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, etc.).
n
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
n
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
