We're looking for a hands-on manager to help lead daily operations and support the team in delivering great food, drinks, and service. You'll oversee shifts, manage staff, ensure smooth front and back-of-house coordination, and step in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day floor and bar operations

- Supervise, train, and support staff during shifts

- Handle rostering, stock levels, and supplier coordination

- Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and compliance

- Resolve customer issues and support the wider team in a rapid-paced environment

- Assist with cash handling, reporting, and opening/closing procedures

What We're Looking For

- Experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- A genuine passion for food, drinks, and great customer experiences

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
