The role:

Working as part of a team delivering high‑impact operational and technology initiatives, this role supports Transport for NSW by leading business analysis and stakeholder engagement activities that help improve TMC operations and enable better decision‑making.

This role will see you partner closely with operational leaders, project teams and stakeholders to shape initiatives from early concept through to delivery. You’ll lead business analysis activities, develop compelling business cases, facilitate workshops, and provide clear, evidence‑based advice to support prioritisation, investment decisions and continuous improvement.

You will lead and influence better business outcomes, delivering practical, well‑defined solutions and actionable insights in a fast‑paced, operational environment with competing priorities and complex stakeholder needs.
