Performance Analyst – Drive Growth & Insights

We're creating a brand-new Performance Analyst role at the intersection of Marketing, Client Care, and Partnerships/Distribution. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves turning data into actionable insights and influencing strategy across multiple business channels.

What you'll do:

n

- Build and maintain dashboards across marketing, sales, and partnership channels.
n
- Analyse KPIs to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
n
- Present actionable insights to guide leadership decisions.
n
- Conduct deep-dives into campaign, channel, and partnership effectiveness.
n
- Partner with Marketing, Client Care, and Partnerships teams to optimise performance.
n
- Recommend strategies on audience targeting, channel prioritisation, and go-to-market approaches.
n
- Monitor competitor and market data to inform commercial strategy.
n
- Develop forecasting models across pipelines and revenue streams.
n
- Track budgets and ROI across campaigns and partnerships.
n




- Collaborate with Finance and business leads to support planning and resource allocation.
n
- Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical teams.
n
- Influence decisions and champion a data-driven culture.
n

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in a performance, commercial, or business analytics role.
n
- Advanced skills in data visualisation & dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
n
- Solid commercial acumen – ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
n
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- A proactive, growth‐oriented mindset with a passion for results.
