About the role
n We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Newstead. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time role based in our Newstead location.

What you'll be doing

n

Manage and lead a team of service staff to deliver outstanding customer service

n

Oversee all restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting

n

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, increase customer satisfaction, and optimise operational efficiency

n

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and mentorship to your team

n

Hiring, developing and managing the venue team

n

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

n

Actively participate in local store marketing and promotional activities to enhance the restaurant's profile

n

Liaise with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum 1 year of experience as Restaurant Manager or Venue Manager

n

Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders

n

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to work under pressure

n

Proficient in financial management, including budgeting,



cost control, and inventory management

n

Working knowledge of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations in the hospitality industry

n

Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to providing a memorable dining experience
