In this role you will carry out service, maintenance and breakdown work across commercial offices,
retail and mixed-use sites, quoting repairs and upgrade works and dealing directly with clients. Cross‐training across disciplines is available.

- Service, maintenance and breakdowns across commercial sites

- Fault‐finding on a variety of HVAC assets

- Quoting repairs, upgrades and refurbishment works

- Liaising with clients, coordinators and management

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
n
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
- White Card and full Australian driver's licence
n
- Commercial HVAC service, maintenance and breakdown experience

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
