Our client is seeking a PMO Coordinator to join their Portfolio Office, supporting the delivery of complex, strategic digital initiatives. This is a hands-on coordination role driving agile practices, governance, and delivery assurance across a high-performing team.
n
You'll play a pivotal role in enabling effective project delivery, with the opportunity to influence ways of working and enhance continuous improvement across the portfolio.
n
In this role, you will:
n
Coordinate agile portfolio activities across multiple streams and functions
n
Facilitate delivery workshops, planning events, and change management initiatives
n
Support governance, reporting, budgeting, and project health metrics
n
Maintain and enhance project tools, templates, and assurance processes
n
Provide onboarding and guidance to new project managers and support communities of practice
n
About you:
n
Demonstrated experience in a PMO or portfolio coordination role
n
Solid understanding of agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
n
Confident managing reporting, financials, risk, and metrics across a portfolio
n
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a agile environment
n
Experience with SharePoint, PPM tools, or a project-related certification is highly regarded
n
