Your new role

In your new role as Finance & Insurance Manager at CMI Toyota's West Terrace used car sales yard, you'll be responsible for:

- Consult with customers on finance and insurance related to their car
n
- Build and nurture lasting positive customer relationships
n
- Maintain product knowledge currency to achieve best outcomes
n
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop solutions that help achieve sales
n
- Reach monthly targets and KPIs in a busy environment
n

About you

You don't have to come from the automotive industry, in fact many of our best people haven't! What we're seeking is someone who has:

- Proven sales experience (finance and/or insurance is a plus)
n
- Strong negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills
n
- Professional and enthusiastic work ethic to maintain relationships
n
- A commitment to customer experience, whilst keeping a keen focus on results
n
- Positive computer literacy and an aptitude to learn new systems and programs
n
- Possession of a current drivers licence is required
n
