Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + Super

Why You’ll Love This Role?
- Caseload: Work with both NDIS and private clients across the lifespan, starting with a 80/20 split of paediatrics to adults while you build confidence and capability. Clinical areas include:
- Paediatric Caseload: Early Intervention, ASD, AAC, Language, Literacy & Fluency
- Adult Caseload; (Complex Clients) Speech disorders (articulation, phonology, dyspraxia, dysarthria), Voice, Language and communication impairments and rehabilitation for acquired/neurological conditions
- New Graduate Supportive:
- Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior SP (30+ years’ experience)
- Gradual increase of Caseload from when you start
- Workshadowing opportunties in your first few weeks
- No expectation to see complex clients initially, you will recieve lots of support before you take on any of these clients
- Structured onboarding and induction program
- Daily access to Senior clinicians, admin support and a 24/7 training platform
- $1,000 Career development allowance + PD leave
- Clinic & Community Split:
- 90% clinic-based services in a well-equipped and inspiring setting
- 10% community-based services with travel reimbursed at $0.98/km

- Admin time and breaks are built in to support performance
- Caseload tailored to your clinical interests (pending availability)
- Digital diaries and collaborative scheduling with admin support

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
