We're partnering exclusively with a long‐standing, purpose‐led organisation in the disability and community services sector to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Role

This is a newly created position focused on one key outcome:

Drive a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support occupancy growth across residential services.
n
You'll be responsible for setting up and optimising digital activity that directly converts into enquiries.

What You'll Be Doing
n

- Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google, Meta + organic)
n
- Improve website performance and conversion pathways
n
- Build a practical digital strategy aligned to growth targets
n
- Partner closely with a Comms Lead to ensure messaging translates effectively across digital channels
n
- Track,
analyse and optimise activity to improve lead quality and ROI
n
n
About You
n

- Strong track record driving lead generation and conversion
n
- Hands‐on, practical and comfortable working autonomously
n
- Able to prioritise and focus on high‐impact activity
n
- Experience in health, community or purpose‐led environments is a bonus
n
