Electrician Scheduler – Brisbane

About The Role
As part of our Scheduling Team, you'll play a critical role in coordinating our electricians across Queensland and New South Wales, as well as providing support to our team of schedulers.
You'll be the link between our clients, office teams and field electricians, making sure jobs are scheduled accurately, efficiently and within required timeframes.
This is more than just booking appointments — it's about owning your role, solving problems, supporting our electricians and ensuring every job is completed on time, while being part of a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Using our internal scheduling system to plan and coordinate electrician runs across QLD and NSW
- Scheduling electrical jobs efficiently based on location, availability, due dates and job requirements
- Taking and making calls to clients, tenants and electricians to coordinate appointments
- Sending entry notices and communicating appointment details to tenants
- Monitoring upcoming and outstanding jobs to ensure work is completed within required timeframes
- Working closely with electricians to ensure they have well-planned and achievable schedules
- Communicating clearly with clients, tenants, electricians and internal teams to ensure smooth job completion
- Problem-solving scheduling issues and finding practical solutions when things don't go to plan
- Performing various administrative duties to support our clients and scheduling team

- Someone who enjoys problem-solving and can think on their feet
- An energetic, positive personality
- Someone who can build rapport with field staff, office staff and our clients
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow jobs through from booking to completion
- Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application
Previous scheduling, coordination or administration experience is highly regarded, particularly experience working with trades, however we know that skills can be taught! Attitude, reliability, organisation and willingness to learn are what we're really looking for.
