Responsibilities
n
n
- Act as the first level responder to APAC HR enquiries relating to HR systems, policy and programs
n
- Support and maintain employee benefits and recognition programs
n
- Ensure the integrity of all employee records and data in our HR system (Workday)
n
- Lead and support a wide range of people programs, such as hosting Induction for new starters, evolving our Australia Employee Hub portal, and administering the reward and recognition program
n
- Improve the employee experience and collaborate closely with colleagues across the whole HR team, from Talent Acquisition to HR Business Partners
n
- Provide administrative support to the team, including the preparation of reports, employee communications and employment contracts
n
- Manage the administration of employee onboarding including pre-employment checks and assessments
n
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement process to improve core HR processes across APAC
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Completed University Degree in HR, Business Management or a related discipline
n
- Some experience in HR is preferable; a demonstrated interest in growing a career in Human Resources
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle time-sensitive and confidential matters
n
- Strong focus on providing a seamless employee experience while balancing business needs and compliance
n
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
n
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
n
- Willingness to learn HRIS systems
n
