A$140,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr

Our client is looking for an expert in Email Marketing Management (CRM)

n

You thrive on relentless testing, optimising campaigns, and scaling high-revenue brands. You don't just send emails, you build revenue-generating machines.

n

You'll take full ownership of a $40M+ revenue stream, with the freedom to experiment, optimise, and transform email & SMS strategies in eCommerce. If A/B testing, segmentation, and lifecycle automation aren't your passion, this role isn't for you.

Hybrid | Sydney

What You'll Own:

n

n
- Growth & Revenue: Own the email & SMS channel and scale it.
n
- Automation & Flows: Optimise flows to drive revenue.
n
- Creative & Copy Testing: Direct, test, and iterate creatives.
n
- A/B Testing at Scale: Constantly experiment with subject lines and lifecycle flows.
n
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly performance breakdowns on revenue per user, new sign-ups, and flows by country.
n
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-converting campaigns.
n

You Are:

n

n
- One of the best Klaviyo experts out there.
n
- Data-obsessed – your decisions are backed by performance insights.
n
- A/B testing everything – constant iteration to increase revenue is your thing.
n
- A winner–average isn't an option.
n

n

What You've Done:

n

n
- 5+ years scaling email & SMS marketing (DTC/eCommerce preferred).
n
- Managed $40M+ revenue accounts with direct responsibility for growth.
n
- Worked across AU, UK & US markets and understand consumer behaviours.
n
- Thrived in high-performance environments where results drive decisions.
n
