Reece Irrigation and Pools, a leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products, is looking for a Trade Counter Assistant to support landscapers, irrigation specialists, and other tradespeople in Canberra.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide customer service and product information in person and over the phone.
n
- Generate quotes for customers.
n
- Pick, pack, and manage stock control activities.
n
- Maintain branch tidy and safe.
n
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
n
- Learn operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoying helping customers both in person and over the phone.
n
- Ability to pick orders,



maintain shop floor displays and ensure accurate information.
n
- Tech‐savvy and adaptable to learning new systems.
n
- Clean valid driver's licence.
n
- Desire to develop a career with leadership potential and a growth mindset.
