As a lifestyle support worker, you will work one-on-one in recipients' homes and communities to help them live independently, build confidence, and pursue activities that promote wellbeing and goals.
You will assist with daily tasks, transport to activities, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure protected, person-centred care.
