The Opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is a broad commercial role where you'll partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and the wider business to help drive smarter commercial decisions.
n
You'll have the autonomy to own your work, the support of an experienced leadership team and an opportunity to grow into a more senior commercial position as the business continues to evolve. More importantly, you'll be encouraged to challenge the numbers, ask questions and recommend better ways of doing things.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Operations and Finance to support commercial decision-making
n
- Deliver meaningful analysis across customers, products and business performance
n
- Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
n
- Build commercial business cases and evaluate current opportunities
n
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
n
- Develop reporting that drives action, not just information
n
- Build trusted relationships across a broad stakeholder group
n
n
About You
n
n
- CA or CPA qualified, or working towards completion
n
- Experience in commercial finance, business analysis or FP&A;
n
- FMCG, logistics, supply chain or consumer goods experience highly regarded
n
- Naturally inquisitive with a mindset focused on continuous improvement
n
- Someone who provides recommendations, not just reports
n
- A proactive relationship builder who enjoys working across the business
