Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:

n

n
- Arranging social activities and community access
n
- Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
n
- Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and assistance with personal hygiene
n
- Domestic assistance, community access and social support




n
- Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
n
- Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
n
- Female
n
- Experience in hoist (Essential)
n
- Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
n
- Current Driver's License and vehicle to operate (Desirable)
n
- Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
n
- Willing to travel to Kellyville
n
