Blue Projects is a dynamic and fast-growing consulting firm specializing in tailored Engineering and Project Management solutions for industrial clients. As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a Process Project Manager to join our team in Australia (NSW or Victoria), supporting an industrial project in the FMCG sector.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on industrial projects.
n
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
n
- Knowledge of food industry manufacturing and packaging processes, including layouts and technical specifications.
n
- Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
n
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
n
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field.
n
- PMP or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
n
- Fluent in English, and right to work in Australia.
n
- Availability for business trips and project-related relocations.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the project team to define project specifications.

- Assist in negotiating contracts with external vendors and subcontractors.

- Help secure necessary permits and licenses from regulatory authorities.
n
- Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, materials) and manage them within budget.
n
- Plan and schedule project operations to ensure deadlines are met.
n
- Lead project interactions with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
n
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
n
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promptly report any issues.
