This is a newly launched, institutionally backed renewable energy platform developing, owning and operating solar, battery storage and adaptable gas assets across Australia and New Zealand. With a substantial development pipeline, contracted hyperscale PPAs, and live M&A; activity, the business is growing fast and the finance function is being built from the ground up.

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join a lean Melbourne-based finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Controller.

What you'll do:

n

n
- Month‐end close across multiple SPVs
n
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
n
- Capex tracking and cost capitalisation
n
- Cash flow support and reporting
n
- Audit, GST/BAS compliance
n




- Process improvement and controls — building from scratch
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- CPA or CA qualified with 4–7+ years of experience
n
- Strong multi‐entity accounting background
n
- Experience in infrastructure, renewables or project finance environments preferred
n
- Hands‐on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, high‐growth team
n
