The role operates on a rotating 12-hour roster, with 2 consecutive day shifts followed by 2 consecutive night shifts and 4 days off. The full roster is provided 6 months in advance to plan personal commitments. Pay is $50 per hour day shift and $65 per hour night shift, plus 16.5% superannuation.
