The Role

- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including procurement, subcontractor negotiation, and close‐out.
n
- Monitor budgets, variations, and claims to maintain cost control.
n
- Align with Project Managers and Site Teams on timelines and deliverables.
n




- Ensure compliance in all contract negotiations and documentation.
n
- Liaise with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
n

The Like Mind

- Degree in Construction Management or related field.
n
- 3+ years' experience in contract administration, ideally on large commercial builds.
n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
n
- Ability to understand project financials and budgets.
n
- A detail‐oriented, proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
